Workstream BusinessAnalyst (WBA) is a software tool for mapping and analyzing resources and business processes.
Use WBA to map the roles and job assignments of all employees and resources involved in a process, and then use the Capacity Modelling feature to capture the work load being taken on by each resource. Once the processes have been mapped and approved, this vital data can then be used to re-design the processes to reduce costs, improve information flows and decrease process times.
WBA’s intuitive Graphical User Interface helps users to rapidly develop process maps, perform analysis through easy-to-understand detailed graphs and deploy re-designed processes efficiently.
